PLEASE NOTE: If there is no cancellation policy mentioned in the booking process, the date by which you have the right to cancel the booking (this agreement) is 14 days by the date the booking is completed (N. 2251/1994 as amended.
The form must be sent by e-mail to Lindian Jewel Hotel and Villas within the dates mentioned above. In case of any dispute about the date that the company received your cancellation, it is your responsibility to prove that the cancellation form was received by the company within the above mentioned dates. You cannot withdraw from the agreement after the service is provided.
